If you're starting fresh, doing both together means the lighting design, device placement, and cabling are coordinated from day one — which gives you a cleaner result.
WeHouse sources from valued brand partners with manufacturer warranties and established service networks — including Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Legrand, Philips Hue, CP Plus, Hikvision, Yale, Godrej Locks, Hafele, Daikin Smart, Schneider Electric, and others. No unbranded or grey-market hardware. Every device installed is a product with a warranty and a service network behind it.
Minimal, contemporary, traditional, and smart home integrated — each with portfolio examples. Style is discussed and locked in the first brief before 3D visualisation begins. If you want elements from multiple styles, your designer will consolidate them into one consistent direction so execution stays coherent throughout the home.
Yes. Smart home devices can be installed as a standalone service in any home — new or existing, under construction or fully furnished. Switches are replaced with smart panels, CCTV is installed, locks are upgraded, and the full system is configured and handed over with a demo. Mention during the consultation whether your home is new or existing and we'll scope accordingly.
WeHouse provides written warranty on MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) work and on all finish materials — handed over at project completion. Smart home devices carry the manufacturer warranty of the respective brand partner. All warranty documentation is compiled into one handover package so you have a single reference for every claim.
